After all "bacon" isn't our middle name - it's our first name. Our cure chamber of local delights displays all the meaty goodness that's waiting for you.

Beverages

Our impressive selection of cocktails, fine whiskeys and bourbons is just the start. We also offer a great variety of craft beers (most from Texas) and a wide range of wines on our menu.

The Potater Tots, spiked with pork shoulder and sharp cheddar cheese, is an excellent starter. These are the grown-up answer to tater tot cravings thanks to the addition of sweet and tangy sorghum vinegar and hot-sauced fried pig ears.

The menu is suited to a Houston palate with dishes like deviled eggs, pimento cheese jars, cornmeal-fried catfish and “made daily” barbecue. They also offer charcuterie boards and an extensive selection of whiskey, wins, beer and cocktails. And, of course, bacon.

Move over B.L.T., the B.E.T. has arrived! Maybe it was the pork belly pastrami (I mean really, could you make pork belly any more tender than it already is?) or maybe it was the fried duck egg that sealed the deal? I can’t put my finger on it, but this sandwich was slap yo momma good. I cannot wait to have this again. Who’s down?

Another must-try appetizer is the Pimento Cheese Jar. Roasted pimento peppers are folded into rich cheddar cheese and set beneath a blanket of thick, crunchy-chewy sweet and sinful bacon jam made from coffee, bourbon and apple cider vinegar; the snack comes with saltine crackers prepared in-house and though the crackers at first appear too thin to handle the heavy dip, have no fear—they do
