The goal of Bacon Bros. is to serve you the highest quality, farm fresh ingredients and food in an engaging, warm environment with superior service. Our impressive selection of cocktails, fine whiskeys and bourbons is just the start. We also offer a great variety of craft beers (most from Texas) and a wide range of wines on our menu.

The Potater Tots, spiked with pork shoulder and sharp cheddar cheese, is an excellent starter. These are the grown-up answer to tater tot cravings thanks to the addition of sweet and tangy sorghum vinegar and hot-sauced fried pig ears.

The menu is suited to a Houston palate with dishes like deviled eggs, pimento cheese jars, cornmeal-fried catfish and “made daily” barbecue. They also offer charcuterie boards and an extensive selection of whiskey, wins, beer and cocktails. And, of course, bacon.
